Step 1: Send us a referral.

Step 2: Have your referral come in for a consultation and provide us with your name.

Step 3: Instantly collect points (same as cash) towards ANY of the products and services we provide.

*For each referral you send us, you will receive 25 points (25 points =$25)

*If your referral buys any product or in-office service, your points will double (50 points=$50)

*If your referral books a surgical procedure, you will receive 100 points total (100 points=$100)
